Pi Kappa Alpha (ΠΚΑ), commonly known as pike, is a college fraternity founded at the university of Virginia on march 1st, 1868. The fraternity has over 225 chapters and colonies across the United States and abroad with over 15,500 undergraduate members and over 300,000 lifetime initiates. The gamma kappa chapter at Montana state was founded on October 12, 1928. Starting then, the pike house was located off of Wilson avenue, but since 1962-63 we have resided at our current house at 1321 s. 5th ave. Since our establishment back in 1928, our mission has been to set the standard of integrity, intellect, and achievement for our members, host institutions, and the community of Bozeman in which we live.
